Privacy policy
This is a translation for convenience. The German Datenschutzerklärung is legally binding.
Protecting your personal data matters to me. This website is deliberately kept lean: no cookies are set, no analytics or tracking tools are used and no content is loaded from third parties. I only process personal data that you provide to me yourself, for example via the contact form. Below you will find information on the data that is nevertheless processed when you visit this website.

2. Hosting and server log files

When you visit the website, the host's server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser (server log files). This includes: IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure secure and stable operation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The log files are not combined with other data and are automatically deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
3. Contact form, email and phone
If you use the contact form, your details (your interest, name, email address and message) are sent to me by email. The data is not stored on the website. The form can only be submitted with your consent via the checkbox (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR); you can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.
If you contact me via the form, email or phone, I process your details (e.g. name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to an agreement, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Fonts
The font "Jost" used on this website is stored locally on the server. No connection is made to servers of Google or any other provider.
5. YouTube videos
The home page embeds videos from the YouTube platform (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The videos are only loaded when you click the play area; no connection to YouTube is made before that. I use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
After you click, data such as your IP address, browser information and the page visited is transferred to YouTube; YouTube may also use cookies or similar technologies. A transfer to the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, Section 25 (1) TDDDG). 6. External links
This website contains a link to Google Maps showing the way to the studio. Only when you click this link do you leave my website; Google's privacy policy then applies (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). No data is transferred to Google before you click.

- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
